Colossal Summit

Colossal Summit is a surface area in Act 5.

Colossal Summit is where the Colossal Ancients, Talic, Madawc and Korlic, are fought, in Hell only. The one you kill last drops a unique Colossal Jewel.

Opening the portal

Transmute one of each summon material in the Horadric Cube in Harrogath, in Hell.

The act bosses drop them in Hell now and then, and which one is not random: each boss drops its own act's material 90% of the time, so farm the boss of the one you miss:

• Talic's Anguish: Andariel 90% and Duriel 5%
• Korlic's Pain: Duriel 90%, Andariel 5% and Mephisto 5%
• Madawc's Ire: Mephisto 90%, Andariel 5%, Duriel 5%, Diablo 5% and Baal 5%
• Bul-Kathos' Nightmare: Diablo 90%, Mephisto 5% and Baal 5%
• Worusk's End: Baal 90% and Diablo 5%

Rewards

The Ancient you kill last drops one of its two jewels, so kill the one whose jewel you want last:

• Talic: Defender's Bile or Defender's Fire
• Madawc: Guardian's Light or Guardian's Thunder
• Korlic: Protector's Stone or Protector's Frost

Colossal Summit is never terrorized.
